I’ve been coming to this store for a while, and the new one I find absolutely impressive. The bigger space across levels gives so much more variety and makes shopping a lot more enjoyable. Everything feels well-organized, clean, and modern, and it’s clear that a lot of thought went into the upgrade. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which makes a huge difference.

Ridicules customer support I have recently bought a jigsaw in one of your markets in Poland. In Kraków Modlniczka.  The machine has completed one - 60cm long, 18 mm thick cut in laminate board and stopped working. So I took it to Leroy Merlin in Krosno (where I live) for a replacement. What I heard in client support was that they can't replace the stuff and will send it to a customer service of the producer. I have to admit that the machine had no usage marks. I didn't even use the attached blade because I used my own special blade for countertop. I had to wait 2 weeks and haven't completed the work for a client. I couldn't believe it so I called your Polish infoline and got the same answer. I gave up and decided to wait. Yesterday I had received a message that the tool is fixed and ready to pick up. Unfortunately I received someone else's tool (please see the attached images). The one I got was destroyed, used and incomplete. That's why I refused to take it and I've been left without the necessary tool for next 2 weeks (maybe more due to national lockdown Poland).So I drove a few kilometers to Obi store and bought another one. In fact I don't need the one from Leroy Merlin anymore. Please answer me if this situation is normal in the Leroy Merlin network? If so I will give my 'PRO' card back and won't shop in your store again. I must mention that I have a lot of tools from Lidl. I use them for professional purposes and a few times they have broken, but I have never faced the situation that I need to wait for a replacement! They immediately replaced it in the shop with a new one. I tried to find an e-mail to contact the Global or Europe customer care but I failed. So I'm going to leave my comment here. I am disappointed and disgusted.

A DIY store Update: customer service needs improvement, the lamps department claims there's an ongoing promotion, which is not applied at the register, we're then asked to go check with the returns department which takes forever to check, only to inform us that the promotion was already applied. No excuses, no smile, just the option to return the product. Very frustrating experience.

Worse experience ever ! I made an order on the 26th of May and I am still waiting for the delivery . I tried to order some carrelage, the website had 8 cartons on stock once I went at the shop they told me that carrelage was any longer available, ( in this case I would recommend to update your Website!!) Another advice for le conseiller dans votre rayon chaffauge, I believe he should change Career, he is very rude and he seems to be there just to warm his chair , he has no idea what is going on at his section and if you ask for help it's useless .
